About the Trainer

My name is R Ramesh Prasad and I am an NLP Master Trainer and ANLP Ambassador to India & Sri Lanka. With an extensive corporate background across different sectors, I currently engage leaders, senior managers, thought leaders as well as everyday people of influence who are changing the worlds in which they live and work. And I do this through the science of Neuro Linguistic Programming aka NLP courses that I run in Chennai, Bengaluru, Cherai Beach in India. My work also takes me to Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and at times to France, the UK, and South Africa.

I run all the levels of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) training in India starting as an NLP Practitioner, to becoming a NLP Master Practitioner and an NLP Trainer. Coaching is an intensive part of the work that I do, using methods that are unique and unconventional.

I owe my skills to my teacher, mentor and now friend Sue Knight, who pioneered the application of NLP at Work and NLP and Leadership. Together we run the NLP Intensive programs in India.

My journey with NLP has been incredibly transformative, in a way that my life has changed forever. And that’s my wish for you, that you find what you truly want for yourself. About Onefluencer

Founded in 2008, Onefluencer is an NLP training and Coaching academy that acts as a window to the world when it comes to international Training in India for Neuro Linguistic Programming. It’s one among the few, to provide all levels of NLP certification, starting from the Foundation to Practitioner, Master and Trainer, having certified a few thousand.

About my style of training

My style of training is working real time, in the moment. Like in business where things happen real time, can we design training also real time? And can we learn real time. And that is what most delegates who have attended my training have found. In their words…

Don’t tell students when you can show them, and don’t show them when they can do it themselves! That is the first lesson I received when I attended NLP Business practitioner course with Ramesh ji. What imparts better experience and understanding than practical learning?
It was difficult for me to say during the training or immediately after that. I was thinking, NLP is a vast topic and how much a person can teach in 6 days? But a week or two after this, as I continued to read NLP at work (I get about 15 min of peaceful time, if I am lucky, to read it, without one of my three children disturbing me.), I was amazed at the amount of information you had packed in such a short span of time. And you had cut all the frills, (the crowd pleasers, the instant noodles) that I have seen some other coaches focus on (as part of PR may be), and focussed on what actually matters.
Ramesh’s style was very unique in that he did not follow any specific format for his training and guided through friendly conversations and interactions. He did not give us a blueprint or manual of success and happiness. He encouraged us to dig deep into ourselves and discover the excellence within us. He was very informal, observant and sensitive. He made me swallow the bitter pill with a dash of humour.

This 5-day experience gave me a fresh perspective on myself and on how to interact more effectively with others. The Practitioner programme was referred by my mentor and this experience was in effect what I expected. The programme is very unique in the aspect of the experiential, personalised learning it gives. I had some learning from NLP that was very personal, to carry each day back, along with the positive energy of the training. What if u just found that you are the core of everything and when u change everything changes! A few months back I was in the lowest point of life. Uncertainties, misery and depression clouded me in all areas. The only hope was God and yes I was right. I was guided into Ramesh's NLP.. The workshop started with filling outcomes. I enter the workshop with so much of questions and noise within me. I still remember asking a silly question to Ramesh..why should I observe myself and others so much..won't I become judgemental??? He answered me sincerely...in the next five days. The workshop took over..it was just about 2hrs and I got my answer to the biggest question i had, bang on!
The next day was even more miraculous..After two days I silenced from inside out. By the 5th day I got back myself as an updated version but also a long lost version of me. Enthusiastic, dynamic , fun loving and joyful. Everything eased out. The baggage I was carrying vanished. I healed and laughed. All this without him giving any counseling about what to do and what not to do. Instead he organically thought me to identify the "how"..equipped me with the wisdom of understanding me and others. Today all genres of my life are lit up. I strongly believe "when the student is ready the master appears". That's how NLP and Ramesh appeared in my life. Truly a transformational journey. It's been 4 weeks after the workshop but life for me personally has transformed. I am so much at peace than ever before.

I recently completed the NLP Business Practitioner training led by Ramesh Sir, and it was truly amazing experience. Ramesh Sir’s skillful questioning and deep insights into our challenges were incredibly impressive.

The training took place in a serene and ideal environment, which greatly contributed to the experience. As a 24-year-old, I initially thought the content might be too profound or unrelated to my current stage in life. Ramesh and Sue together creates powerful life transforming learning experience that leaves you free into the world of challenges. I stepped into this space of learning with heavy heart and left with lite and open heart. I am more free now then before with the learning I am carrying for my whole life. Intially I was confused and isolated like where I have come and what exactly is happening but all that a person need in this space is patience and faith. The program will peel off the layer from you one or the other day. The experience of understanding the filters and patterns of human behaviour and connecting with opposite person is been so deep that it can never be forgotten. Ramesh prasad is one of the best NLP trainer in the world who understands the need of his student before even they realise. I fell in Love with NLP because of his mentorship and guidance.
