Want to do a certification course in Neuro Linguistic programming aka NLP? Then attending the NLP Training in Sri Lanka is where you learn the fundamentals of NLP. And I run all the levels of NLP training starting from the Foundation, to becoming an NLP Practitioner, NLP Master Practitioner & NLP Trainer. Coaching is an intensive part of the work that I do, using methods that are unique and unconventional. From my personal experience, I find it as one of the fastest ways to personal transformations.
NLP is a powerful tool for personal and professional development. By studying NLP, you will gain new insights into how you think, communicate and run strategies in your daily life. Of course, with a set of behaviours and beliefs you hold, consciously and unconsciously. These skills can be applied in a range of contexts, from improving relationships to building a successful career. The core of NLP is modelling excellence. And that is what the founders of NLP Richard Bandler & John Grinder studied.
Expect this programme to change your thinking and your life. You get to learn the principles of NLP and how to think, and use them for yourself in order that you succeed at work and home. Very importantly you will do this in the company of people who are very similar to you. This will be an experiential learning platform where you will explore, reflect and put your learning into practice immediately. And I will personally guide you throughout the program. process.
Lastly anyone who wants to learn NLP for the very first time can join this training. You can be someone from the corporate world, a businessman, a start-up entrepreneur, a homemaker, a coach, a trainer, a healer, a therapist, a counsellor, a lawyer, a doctor, a teacher, this course is for you.
This programme leads to certification by Sue Knight NLP which is backed by ANLP – the Association for NLP, an organization that has been around for a long time.
By the end of the program, you will...

About the Trainer
I owe my skills to my teacher, mentor and now friend Sue Knight, who pioneered the application of NLP at Work and NLP and Leadership. Together we run the NLP Intensive programs in India.
I run all the levels of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) training in India starting as an NLP Practitioner, to becoming a NLP Master Practitioner and an NLP Trainer. Coaching is an intensive part of the work that I do, using methods that are unique and unconventional. My work takes me to different parts of India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and at times to France, the UK, and South Africa.
MY STYLE OF TRAINING, is working real time, in the moment. Like in business where things happen real time, can we design training also real time? And can we learn real time. And that is what most delegates who have attended my training have found. In their words…
- Don’t tell students when you can show them, and don’t show them when they can do it themselves! That is the first lesson I received when I attended NLP Business practitioner course with Ramesh ji. What imparts better experience and understanding than practical learning?
- It was difficult for me to say during the training or immediately after that. I was thinking, NLP is a vast topic and how much a person can teach in 6 days? But a week or two after this, as I continued to read NLP at work (I get about 15 min of peaceful time, if I am lucky, to read it, without one of my three children disturbing me.), I was amazed at the amount of information you had packed in such a short span of time. And you had cut all the frills, (the crowd pleasers, the instant noodles) that I have seen some other coaches focus on (as part of PR may be), and focussed on what actually matters.
- Ramesh’s style was very unique in that he did not follow any specific format for his training and guided through friendly conversations and interactions. He did not give us a blueprint or manual of success and happiness. He encouraged us to dig deep into ourselves and discover the excellence within us. He was very informal, observant and sensitive. He made me swallow the bitter pill with a dash of humour.
