R RAMESH PRASAD is a Master Trainer of Neuro-linguistic Programming with an experience of both the corporate world and entrepreneurship, Ramesh primarily teaches the application of Neuro-Linguistic Programming in work, business and in daily life. He has been trained, coached, and mentored by Sue Knight. As friends, they co-run the “Intensive model of NLP Training” in India. Ramesh lives with his wife Tulsi and daughter Gayanthika along the east coast in Chennai.
ONEFLUENCER founded in 2008 is an NLP training and Coaching organisation that acts as a window to the world when it comes to international Training in India. It’s one among the few, to provide all levels of NLP certification, starting from the Foundation to Practitioner, Master & Trainer, having certified a thousand certified Practitioners, Masters & Trainers.

I strongly believe "when the student is ready the master appears". That's how NLP and Ramesh appeared in my life. Truly a transformational journey. It's been 4 weeks after the workshop but life for me personally has transformed. I am so much at peace than ever before.The way Ramesh takes the session, he effortlessly shook the core of me and made me realise a lot of deep patterns and beliefs that I was holding on to. I went with a lot of questions in my head, there came a lot lot of answers to those and I am in the path of discovering myself more n more. I am so much in love with me and this journey with Ramesh will definitely continue for me.I Will Highly recommend Ramesh if someone is looking learn NLP.
I recently completed the NLP Business Practitioner training led by Ramesh Sir, and it was truly amazing experience. Ramesh Sir’s skillful questioning and deep insights into our challenges were incredibly impressive.The training took place in a serene and ideal environment, which greatly contributed to the experience. As a 24-year-old, I initially thought the content might be too profound or unrelated to my current stage in life. However, the program allowed me to step back from the fast-paced demands of our generation and reflect on what I genuinely want for my future.This training was a perfect fit for me, especially as coaching has been a passion and long-term goal. Spending 7 days with like-minded individuals who share this passion and learning from Ramesh Sir was invaluable. I am grateful for this opportunity and excited about the journey ahead in the coaching field.

Choosing to be part of NLP practitioner program is definitely one of my best decisions of life. Personally it was an eye opening session for me to understand myself so deeply. I had the pleasure of participating in Mr. Ramesh's NLP course, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience. He goes beyond the standard approach of delivering information, instead, he guides his students to introspect and discover their resources, enabling us to address our personal challenges. Ramesh and Sue together creates powerful life transforming learning experience that leaves you free into the world of challenges. I stepped into this space of learning with heavy heart and left with lite and open heart. I am more free now then before with the learning I am carrying for my whole life. Intially I was confused and isolated like where I have come and what exactly is happening but all that a person need in this space is patience and faith. The program will peel off the layer from you one or the other day. The experience of understanding the filters and patterns of human behaviour and connecting with opposite person is been so deep that it can never be forgotten. Ramesh prasad is one of the best NLP trainer in the world who understands the need of his student before even they realise. I fell in Love with NLP because of his mentorship and guidance. Mr.Prasad's techniques of experiential teaching gave me a way of living life with NLP. Surrender to your Guru is all I can say. Ramesh is a great observer and he perfectly knows the structure behind unstructured. True Guru is someone who tells where to see but not what to see.
