I found the NLP Training program to be transformational. I came in the first day of the training program as one person, and I left the last day as a calmer and enlightened version of myself. In my case my goal was to learn and understand and refresh my memory on the NLP techniques and learnings. What really happened at the training is that I started to embody what I learnt, in real-time. Mr. Ramesh, you did a brilliant job in smoothy guiding me to see my own patterns, and brining to surface my own understanding of myself in the way I show up. Thank you immensely for the life changing learning experience.

The 5 day training workshop helped me connect deeply with myself and also in relation to others around me. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to learn NLP, bring changes within self and transform oneself.

Attended the NLP Practitioner course with Ramesh and found it truly insightful. He showed great patience in explaining each model, setting the tone for open and uplifting conversations. The sessions were deeply interactive and encouraged inward reflection rather than reaction. It helped me step out of judgment, observe patterns, and become more conscious of how I communicate and respond. A calm, well-structured experience that felt intense in a positive way, with meaningful takeaways.
Highly recommended for those interested in self-discovery and meaningful personal growth.
Thank you, Ramesh, for an inspiring and uplifting learning experience.

I recently had the opportunity to attend the NLP Practitioner Program by Onefluencer at the IITM Research Park.
This 5-day experience gave me a fresh perspective on myself and on how to interact more effectively with others. Under the guidance of Ramesh Sir, the sessions were not just theoretical—they were experiential. Through a series of engaging activities, I was able to explore and understand myself on a much deeper level.
These activities helped me identify both my strengths and the areas I need to improve. What stood out the most was that, in some exercises, it didn’t feel like I was simply learning with my brain—it felt like I was connecting with myself subconsciously, as if the conversation wasn’t happening in my head, but from deep within.

I had the privilege of attending the transformational 5-day NLP business practitioner programme Ramesh held in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
It was an exceptional exprience with depth and effectiveness due to Ramesh’s unique ability to connect with each of us, 10 participants , on a personal level.
Ramesh demonstrated a compassionate commitment to understanding the needs, challenges, and aspirations of every one of us in the room. His thoughtful attention and focused presence created a safe, empowering space where each of us felt truly seen and heard.
Whether through one-on-one interactions or group exercises, he ensured that every participant received tailored support and feedback, helping us unlock deeper levels of awareness and growth.
His authenticity, patience, and deep knowledge of NLP principles made the programme truly impactful. I wholeheartedly recommend Ramesh to anyone seeking a meaningful and life-changing NLP training experience. As much as a coach—he is also a compassionate guide who walks alongside you on your journey of transformation.
See you in Cherrai, Ramesh!

I never realised how a simple change of replacing one word I was constantly using could make such a difference in how I communicated. Over 5 days of learning, reflection, practice and more reflections I discovered many parts of myself while also realising how I could strengthen my relationships with each other. Ramesh has an amazing way of seeing into us and gently probing and guiding us towards a better version of ourselves. I can highly recommend working with Ramesh and being part of the NLP initiative

I recently completed the NLP at work program with Sue Knight and Ramesh, and it was an incredibly enriching experience! The program was thoughtfully designed, covering key aspects such as communication skills, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness. The trainers were knowledgeable, engaging, and provided real-world examples that made me easy to understand and apply. I especially appreciated the interactive exercises, which helped me gain practical insights and boosted my confidence in both personal and professional life.
Since completing the program, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in how I interact with Family, Friends, others, and I feel more in tune with my strengths and areas for growth. This program has truly empowered me to be the best version of myself. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their interpersonal skills and build a stronger, more authentic presence!

The Practitioner programme was referred by my mentor and this experience was in effect what I expected. The programme is very unique in the aspect of the experiential, personalised learning it gives. I had some learning from NLP that was very personal, to carry each day back, along with the positive energy of the training. Mr.Ramesh, is one wonderful and respectful person and his coaching style reflects the same. I felt very welcome and respected for my presence in the training. Thank you Ramesh!!!
Over all, if one is looking for learning to apply NLP in real world, just go for this programme. You will know the difference!

What if u just found that you are the core of everything and when u change everything changes! A few months back I was in the lowest point of life. Uncertainties, misery and depression clouded me in all areas. The only hope was God and yes I was right. I was guided into Ramesh's NLP.. The workshop started with filling outcomes. I enter the workshop with so much of questions and noise within me. I still remember asking a silly question to Ramesh..why should I observe myself and others so much..won't I become judgemental??? He answered me sincerely...in the next five days. The workshop took over..it was just about 2hrs and I got my answer to the biggest question i had, bang on!
The next day was even more miraculous..After two days I silenced from inside out. By the 5th day I got back myself as an updated version but also a long lost version of me. Enthusiastic, dynamic , fun loving and joyful. Everything eased out. The baggage I was carrying vanished. I healed and laughed. All this without him giving any counseling about what to do and what not to do. Instead he organically thought me to identify the "how"..equipped me with the wisdom of understanding me and others. Today all genres of my life are lit up. Anyone who is reading this, remember it's all about you..no matter what ur issue is..and if u want to take your life in ur hands..Then Ramesh's Onefluencer is the DESTINATION!

I strongly believe "when the student is ready the master appears". That's how NLP and Ramesh appeared in my life. Truly a transformational journey. It's been 4 weeks after the workshop but life for me personally has transformed. I am so much at peace than ever before.
The way Ramesh takes the session, he effortlessly shook the core of me and made me realise a lot of deep patterns and beliefs that I was holding on to. I went with a lot of questions in my head, there came a lot lot of answers to those and I am in the path of discovering myself more n more. I am so much in love with me and this journey with Ramesh will definitely continue for me.
I Will Highly recommend Ramesh if someone is looking learn NLP.

I recently completed the NLP Business Practitioner training led by Ramesh Sir, and it was truly amazing experience. Ramesh Sir’s skillful questioning and deep insights into our challenges were incredibly impressive.
The training took place in a serene and ideal environment, which greatly contributed to the experience. As a 24-year-old, I initially thought the content might be too profound or unrelated to my current stage in life. However, the program allowed me to step back from the fast-paced demands of our generation and reflect on what I genuinely want for my future.
This training was a perfect fit for me, especially as coaching has been a passion and long-term goal. Spending 7 days with like-minded individuals who share this passion and learning from Ramesh Sir was invaluable. I am grateful for this opportunity and excited about the journey ahead in the coaching field.

Choosing to be part of NLP practitioner program is definitely one of my best decisions of life. Personally it was an eye opening session for me to understand myself so deeply. I love the approach of enabling participants to find answers for themselves instead of giving direct solutions. I admire Ramesh sir's ability to read people and help them to achieve their outcomes. The crystal clear feedbacks, creating non judgemental safe place, easy & practical way of explaining, acknowledging & appreciating, modelling, holding space for each participants adds value to the course. Whatever the outcome the participants expects, Ramesh sir ensures to make the person achieve it. Visit of Tulsi Ma'am and her wisdom sharing is an added advantage for sure. Each penny spent on this course is totally worth it. Thank you so much Ramesh Sir and Tulsi Ma'am for EVERYTHING🙏♥️.

I had the pleasure of participating in Mr. Ramesh's NLP course, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience. He goes beyond the standard approach of delivering information, instead, he guides his students to introspect and discover their resources, enabling us to address our personal challenges. He doesn't just focus on theory but also demonstrates how we can apply NLP techniques in real-life situations.
Throughout the course, Mr. Ramesh encourages active participation and creates an atmosphere of open discussion and idea-sharing. This way students will be able learn from one another and gain different perspectives, enhancing the overall learning experience. I've personally seen clarity in my communication increase.
In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Ramesh's NLP course to anyone looking to develop invaluable life skills and understand people better.

Ramesh and Sue together creates powerful life transforming learning experience that leaves you free into the world of challenges. I stepped into this space of learning with heavy heart and left with lite and open heart. I am more free now then before with the learning I am carrying for my whole life. Intially I was confused and isolated like where I have come and what exactly is happening but all that a person need in this space is patience and faith. The program will peel off the layer from you one or the other day. The experience of understanding the filters and patterns of human behaviour and connecting with opposite person is been so deep that it can never be forgotten. Ramesh prasad is one of the best NLP trainer in the world who understands the need of his student before even they realise. I fell in Love with NLP because of his mentorship and guidance. Mr.Prasad's techniques of experiential teaching gave me a way of living life with NLP. Surrender to your Guru is all I can say. Ramesh is a great observer and he perfectly knows the structure behind unstructured. True Guru is someone who tells where to see but not what to see. I look forward to come back in this space and keep exploring more of my inner self and patterns. Thank you sooo much for lifetime of learning experience🙏
