R RAMESH PRASAD is a Master Trainer of Neuro-linguistic Programming with an experience of both the corporate world and entrepreneurship, Ramesh primarily teaches the application of Neuro-Linguistic Programming in work, business and in daily life. Coaching is an intensive part of the work that he does, using methods that are unique and unconventional. Ramesh travel to different parts of India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and at times to France, the UK, and South Africa.
ONEFLUENCER founded in 2008 is an NLP training and Coaching organisation that acts as a window to the world when it comes to international Training in India. It’s one among the few, to provide all levels of NLP certification, starting from the Foundation to Practitioner, Master & Trainer, having certified a thousand certified Practitioners, Masters & Trainers.

I recently completed the NLP at work program with Sue Knight and Ramesh, and it was an incredibly enriching experience! The Practitioner programme was referred by my mentor and this experience was in effect what I expected. The programme is very unique in the aspect of the experiential, personalised learning it gives. I had some learning from NLP that was very personal, to carry each day back, along with the positive energy of the training. Mr.Ramesh, is one wonderful and respectful person and his coaching style reflects the same. I felt very welcome and respected for my presence in the training. Thank you Ramesh!!!

What if u just found that you are the core of everything and when u change everything changes! A few months back I was in the lowest point of life. Uncertainties, misery and depression clouded me in all areas. The only hope was God and yes I was right. I was guided into Ramesh's NLP.. The workshop started with filling outcomes. I enter the workshop with so much of questions and noise within me. I still remember asking a silly question to Ramesh..why should I observe myself and others so much..won't I become judgemental??? He answered me sincerely...in the next five days. The workshop took over..it was just about 2hrs and I got my answer to the biggest question i had, bang on!
The next day was even more miraculous..After two days I silenced from inside out. By the 5th day I got back myself as an updated version but also a long lost version of me. Enthusiastic, dynamic , fun loving and joyful. Everything eased out. The baggage I was carrying vanished. I healed and laughed. All this without him giving any counseling about what to do and what not to do. Instead he organically thought me to identify the "how"..equipped me with the wisdom of understanding me and others. Today all genres of my life are lit up. I recently completed the NLP Business Practitioner training led by Ramesh Sir, and it was truly amazing experience. Ramesh Sir’s skillful questioning and deep insights into our challenges were incredibly impressive.
The training took place in a serene and ideal environment, which greatly contributed to the experience. As a 24-year-old, I initially thought the content might be too profound or unrelated to my current stage in life. However, the program allowed me to step back from the fast-paced demands of our generation and reflect on what I genuinely want for my future.
This training was a perfect fit for me, especially as coaching has been a passion and long-term goal. Spending 7 days with like-minded individuals who share this passion and learning from Ramesh Sir was invaluable. I am grateful for this opportunity and excited about the journey ahead in the coaching field.

Ramesh and Sue together creates powerful life transforming learning experience that leaves you free into the world of challenges. I stepped into this space of learning with heavy heart and left with lite and open heart. I am more free now then before with the learning I am carrying for my whole life. Intially I was confused and isolated like where I have come and what exactly is happening but all that a person need in this space is patience and faith. The program will peel off the layer from you one or the other day. The experience of understanding the filters and patterns of human behaviour and connecting with opposite person is been so deep that it can never be forgotten.
